The Dominican Republic Loyalty program is not a sweepstakes. This is a performance-based rewards program. Participation is strictly limited to enrolled U.S. travel agents who have completed the Dominican Republic Specialist training course.
BOOKING INCENTIVE:
The 10 agents who enter the most bookings will be invited to join us on a FAM trip to the Dominican Republic in 2021. More details (exact dates, accommodations, flights, inclusions etc.) coming soon. “Top booking agents” are based on total room nights entered. Winners will be selected by the Dominican Republic Tourism Board and will reach out to the winners directly. Additional booking incentives may be offered throughout the year. Stay tuned for updates!
QUALIFIED BOOKINGS/PARTICIPATION:
All qualifying bookings must be made and entered into the Dominican Republic Loyalty program starting September 15th, 2019. Only new bookings made as of September 15th, 2019 qualify. Bookings made earlier in the year will not be eligible towards the FAM trip even if entered into the loyalty program after.
Participating agents must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the U.S. Agents must complete the Dominican Republic Specialist course prior to entering bookings.
Enrollment is the sole responsibility of participating agents. Agencies may not combine bookings of multiple agents into an individual agent account. It is the sole responsibility of participating agents to confirm receipt of program bookings and to enter bookings correctly within the designated booking window.
The Dominican Republic Tourism Board reserves the right to verify bookings at any time without notice, and/or to refuse award(s) based on non-compliance with program rules. The Dominican Republic Tourism Board reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion to refuse or revoke membership in the program for any reason.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Neither the Dominican Republic Tourism Board nor Questex are responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections or mis-communications. The Dominican Republic Tourism Board is solely accountable for the Dominican Republic Loyalty program. Travel Agent University and Questex are not responsible or liable for the verification of information, the distribution of prizes, nor any portion of their value. Questex is not responsible for creation or enforcement of Terms and Conditions that govern the Dominican Republic Loyalty program. All rules and policies past, present and future are set forth and disseminated at the sole discretion of the Dominican Republic Tourism Board. Other conditions may apply. Participants agree to the above terms and conditions and accept the decisions of the Dominican Republic Tourism Board as final. Any persons providing false information forfeit all awards and prizes associated with program. Rules are subject to change without notice.
